Date 12-17th November 2022
Location Mala Dhara, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Theme: Recharge and relax in the north of Thailand with a supportive small group of woman to find balance and take care of yourself.
It’s for you if……..
you wanna retreat yourself from the busy world around you, and give yourself the permission to just be, to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.
Nurture yourself in the blue saltwater, while listening to the sounds of the abundant nature.
Eat healthy, fresh, local, organic, vegan food to nourish the body and your soul.
Drop into full relaxation, resting your gaze at the idyllic mountains and rice fields of Thailand. Healing and transformation begins here.
Understand, observe and reclaim your cycles, reconnect with yourself and your femininity.
This retreat helps you with….
the symptoms of low hormones, infertility, perimenopause, menopause or if you just wanna spend a few days in sisterhood to recharge and relax.
What to expect….
6 days full of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, time for yourself, a Hormone Yoga Therapy Workshop, knowledge about your cycle and inner seasons, a herbal steam night with body scrub, an excursion to the hot springs, a cooking class, 2 meals plus additional snacks per day in a beautiful environment to slow down and rejuvenate.
What to bring..
You’re welcome to bring your own mat, but there’s no need to it as we have access to a fully equipped Yoga Shala.
Pack light and comfortable clothes. During the day it can be quiet warm but in the mornings or evenings a hoodie, long sleeves and pants might be nice. Don’t forget your swim wear as we’re having a beautiful saltwater pool.
I highly recommend to bring a notebook to journal and for our Workshops to make additional notes.
The retreat is available for every woman no matter your Yoga experience. Hormone Yoga Therapy is part of our retreat. This practice can raise our estrogen level and help us to balance the hormone level in a natural way. Due to the strong effects it is not recommended to practice this specific style during pregnancy, with the history of breast cancer or huge fibroids. You’re still welcome to join the retreat as we will also practice other Yoga styles. Please let us know in advance if you have any preconditions or concerns.
